 Our accommodation offers the perfect setting for outdoor school trips, adaptation stays, and sports training camps.

  The apartments are surrounded by beautiful nature – a forest begins behind the house, water cascades flow in front of the house, and around the property, there is space for games, relaxation, and shared activities.

  💦 In summer, children can enjoy fun by the water, including aquazorbing right by the house.

  🌿 Available:

  • outdoor games and competitions,
  • a garden for relaxation and free play.

  🚗 We use the large area by the property not only for parking but also for various outdoor activities and programs.

  When it rains

  Bad weather is no obstacle. Thanks to the spacious gymnasium, games rooms, and common areas, the program can be easily moved indoors.

Thanks to his expertise, we can guarantee high-quality, delicious, and wholesomely prepared meals made from fresh ingredients, which children and teachers have consistently enjoyed.

🌲 1. Introductory Program and Surroundings of the Apartments (Right Here with Us)

An ideal program for the first day after arrival – children will get acquainted, explore the surroundings, and together enjoy their first experiences in nature.

Program:

• introductory games and team activities,
• games in the forest and around the apartments,
• exploring the nature of the Jizera Mountains,
• outdoor games and friendly competitions in the garden by the apartments,
• water cascades right in front of the house in Desná – a place for relaxation, games, and discovering nature,
• opportunity for summer fun right by the house – aquazorbing on the water 💦😀
• Just a few meters from the apartments, you can book llama trekking

This way, children can start their stay actively and entertainingly without needing to travel far.

🚶 2. Mariánské schody and Světlý vrch Lookout Tower

An easy walking trip through the beautiful nature of the Jizera Mountains.

Program:

• walk up the Mariánské schody,
• visit the Lookout Tower Světlý vrch,
• a walk through the forest and exploring the surrounding nature,
• refreshment options:
  • ice cream
  • refreshments at the Children’s Ski Area – Stodola Buffet

🚂 3. Train Trip to Harrachov – Glass, Creativity, and Rope Center

An adventurous trip starting right in Desná.

Itinerary:

• Walk to the train station in Desná (approx. 800 m from the apartments),
• Train ride from Desná to Harrachov (approx. 20 minutes),
• Visit to the Novosad Glassworks.

At the glassworks, you can:

• Tour of glass production,
• Engrave a glass as a gift for parents,
• Option for lunch at the restaurant; we will arrange the tour.

Other activities in Harrachov:

• Walk to the climbing center (approx. 700 m / 9 minutes),
• Climbing activities,
• Swings,

Other options: visit to the Mumlavské Waterfalls, rope center, bobsled track

🚂 4. Train Trip to Kořenov – Rack Railway Museum

An exciting trip for children, combining a train journey with discovering the history of a unique rack railway.

Program:

• Train journey from Desná to Kořenov,
• Visit to the Rack Railway Museum, located directly within the railway station building,
• Viewing of historical exhibits, locomotives, photographs, and technical curiosities,
• Opportunity to also visit the Kořenov Engine Shed, where children can see historical locomotives and railway technology,
• Light refreshments and the opportunity to purchase souvenirs.

This fun trip introduces children to the history of the only rack railway line in the Czech Republic. The tour lasts approximately 30 minutes.

🌊 5. Protržená přehrada – A Hiking Trip from the Apartments

A beautiful nature excursion directly from Desná.

What to expect:

• A hike through the forest to Protržená přehrada,
• Exploring the history and nature of the Jizera Mountains,
• Enjoy games and relaxation by the water (the water is shallow),

Distance:

• Approx. 4.5 km from the apartments.

🌲 6. Příchovice u Čápa – Forest Park, Marble Run, and Jára Cimrman Lighthouse

An outing perfect for both younger and older children.

• a visit to the U Čápa complex in Příchovice, 8 km (approx. 20 minutes from the apartments),
• the Jára Cimrman Lookout Tower,
• a forest park with educational elements,
• learning about trees thanks to beautifully illustrated information boards,
• searching for fairy-tale creatures made from natural materials,
• a marble run and other play features

🐴 7. Stáj Aneta – Horses and Nature

An outing for animal lovers.

Program:

• Journey from Desná to Jiřetín pod Bukovou,
• Approx. 1 km walk to Stáj Aneta,
• Opportunity for horse riding,
• Animal interaction,
• Children can bring carrots for feeding the ponies.
